so you're jamming to a song on the radio or a cd or your ipod..whatever the case may be..and you stop at a red light. suddenly you feel really self conscious as you realize the guy next to you is starring at you like you're crazy. how often does this happen? all the time! i love to drive past someone else and just happen to look over while they're in the middle of a broadway performance, complete with a hairbrush microphone. yes, i have seen something like that. i love nothing more than to just crank up the music and belt out songs as i drive. usually i'm alone on my 30 minute drive to and from work, a time i've come to love because it allows me to be whoever i want to be. as long as i'm the top performer in my car, everything is good. whether it be "don't stop believing", an avril or kelly song, some taylor swift or even marylin manson, i love to jam! OK, im not sure why i'm writing this, just a random thought. oh! but my question...anyone have really weird stories about driving and singing? or about watching someone else scream their lungs out in the car? lol =D

Summer!
I haven't blogged in foreverrr. I'm trying to get done a lot of online stuff that I've been putting off right now, and this is one of them. I just got done doing some physics, then I took some quizes on facebook because harry potter comes out tonighttt! (not that I'm going lol). Then I actually went on cas (first time since the ms150 in may lol) and added the knitting idea that hilary has. Next I may look up some college info. I also need to start stuff for EE soon!!! ms hoffman sent me an email today reminding me of that little essay. argh too much to do, and its summerrr. =[
this summer has been wayyy exciting. I havent been hangin out with as much of a variety of ppl as previous summers, but its still been a lot of fun! I've been to a few concerts (no doubt/paramore, ballyhoo, ludacris, three doors down) and hopefully I'll see Flo Ridaaa soon and go to warped tour =] I went parasailing for the first time the other day at Iman's with iman (duh), hilary, dylan, courtney and emily and it was so amazing. There have been many crazy nights of driving, singing (karaoke), astro skating, ice cream, catch phrase, video games, and tonss of beach time. I hope to have lots more memories of this summer, but I need to start focusing on work and school stuff.
Speakngg of work, I got a job!! I’m now a lifeguard at the Clearwater ymca. Yes, its far away, but at least its money! Lol. (btw sorry this is all capitalized and stuff…its on word). So hilary and I BOTH got a job there, but unfortunately we never work together because they know we’re friends. So im not seeing her as much now that we’re working and now that there’s a new best friend in the picture… =O
Lifeguarding is very boring in my opinion, I thought it would be interesting for some reason. I think the most interesting thing is to watch all the crazy people lol. All my coworkers are really nice and most are my age or a little older..and there’s a few hott bods ;) Anywayss, its ok so far, but im nervous for my first silhouette test! They just surprise you with a test and you have to do it or there are consequences! Ekkkk.

Quick recap (i'll add more later)
Friday: went to bayfront for bay to bay packets w/ hil, ally oops really quick, corner of england for lunch and tea with courtney and sid! =], bank and then bike store so hil could look at bikes, her house and dinner and chilled, home for a few seconds, back out to see the movie "taken" at parkside with hil later. home and slept!
Sat: SAT at ocseola, hil pickd me up around 715, ugh boring/hard, went to Moe's after, she dropped me off at ana's house in bellair, we tie dyed skirts for the play and then just hung out for awhile! it was muyy fun and i really want to dye a dress or skirt noww! dad picked me up, home for awhile, hils for the night. we rented "dazed and confused" lol but went to bed about 1030
Sun: up around 715 and went to 1st ave s to start the bay to bay 12 k with katie, courtney and grant. woo! its been awhile since i ran more than 2 miles, this is 7.5. haha. it was ok, some pains and stoppage, but good other than that. yummmyy food and ice cream lol. hils and a nap then the beach! woo! then we bought 1 smoothie for both of us using only quarters, nickels and dimes lol. then i went home and finallyyy chilled lol.

it's been awhile!
woahh, these past few weeks have been pretty crazay. today and yesterday during "group 4 time" was about the only chances i've really gotten to relax...so it seems. softball is in full swing (haha), school is keeping everyone busy, costume crew is taking up more time than i expected, and friends and family take up all my extra time. i'm going to give a breif over view of the past few weeks.
mon feb 23- I had to present my music oral. it was about middle east music and i knew it, just got really nervous. =/ idk i guess it was ok. except my music didnt work lol. i had to "tutor" for mao and i went to get my blood drawn to finally get accutane!
tues- it was free pancake day at ihop! i had a game first though..at home. i played LF (stupid coachh), and i was 1 for 3 in hitting. we lost...19 to 7 vs sickles, but it was an ok fight lol. then i went out w/ hilary with the intention of going to an ihop. we ended up seeing lauren huntly and some ppl talking to cops at one lol. but we just went back 2 her house because everywhere was too busy.
wed-sb practice and i stayed late, came home, left 2 hils, went to bootcamp! it had been awhile since id been, but it was much better than i remembered. lol after we went to publix to get cookies and gatorade and did hw.
thurs-lots of hw due. had mrs okelly talk 2 us abt college again in tok is. had a gamee away! ugh i dont remember, pretty sure we lost though. played lf? maybe two good hits. it was also mijana's birthday! i made her a cake (w/ help of my mommy! =P )
friday-game at home again, vs clearwater. we won!! finallyyy! it was 25-7 and i had 1 good hit, walked once, had a ground hit and a popout. i played RF this time and didnt get anythingg. umm ater this i dont remember what i did, possibly just stayed home but idr
sat- CPR class at all childrens hospital from 9 to 4! john had a tournament game so dylan came to pick me up and at the class it was her, kit, me, and a bunch of spc ppl. it was ok, longg, but therewas good food at least and now im certified in cpr! hil had problems at the gaspiralla expo with her boss (ex boss) at feet first, shila, or the bitch faced whore. after the class i did hw, watched tv, on computer, went to hils for an hour, and watched wall-E with my family! lovee that movie
sun- mijanas bday party at war veterans from 12-4. me, anastasia, mijana, lukas, dylan, devon (dylans bf now), kit, julia, eve, shannon and justin, courtney. it was like 3 couples and everyone else! ughh. we played ultimate frisbee, then attempted capture the flag and attempted vollyball. it was kinda boring. mr vasallo was at the park and we attempted to stalk him as well! haha. afterwards i went to hilarys house and met her family and then just hung out. i actually ended spending the night there...with much dissapointment and anger from my parents. i want to spend time with them...its just getting harder.
I made a list of movies for hliary and i to watach!!! she's never seen a lot of my fav movies so im going to make her watch them, even though shes not a big movie person. =D so to begin with....
wedding singer, wayne's world, star wars (basically all of them), zoolander, night at the roxbury, and you've got mail.
mon march 2nd- math quiz, sucked. practice, home, hw, comp, bed around 930/10
tues- watched amedus in tok! rock me amedus.. lol. game! it was 4-1 vs gaither i think. i played 3rd finally! =] i hit 1 good one. hilary came to watch and afterwards her, kristin and i hung around talking for awhile and finally decided to go to AllyOops or Farmers Ice Cream...idk whatever its called now. we stayed there for awhile and talked to Beth, the owner. it was kinda fun but i was so tired! lol eventually we all went home.
wed- costume crew afterschool (ana, morgan mccabe, me, shannon, mijana, dylan) , shannon came to my house and we went to M.E. and there was a doctor talking about oncology. food and home, tv/hw/comp
thurs-bio presentation!!! abt brown pelicans lol. men of key auction..hilary bought kashif. gamee vs alonso, lost 5-2 grr. played 3rd. 2 hits, one strikeout, 1 popout...good hitting from the team though! were getting it! hilss for awhile
fri-costume crew! afterschool i went 2 chickflia w/ hilary, kashif, ana, morgan, and katie. group 4 has begun and im in a group w/ max baird, corey schnur and liyana. lol anyways, we were at chickfila for awhile just talking (it ended up being hil, ana, morgan and I) and then we went back 2 school to get morgans car and then all met at the 66th st goodwill to go thrifting for the musical. it was fun, we ended up waiting for morgan and we got clothes and then tried on different dresses. lol. "morgie" got there and hilary told my secret! lol. anyways, then we didnt really want to go home so we talked in the parking lot...and a previous smoothie/amt of money of the clothes bet brought us to go to tropical smoothie. there we talked more and decided to dance, do gymnastics, and ballet in the middle of the store and the ppl thought we were crazy. lol. eventually, i went home w/ hil until my mom picked me up (9/10 ish?). it was a different kind of friday, but a lot of fun!
whewww almost caught up!
sat-had to do bio stuff! grr. went 2 shannons house to pick up pH meter and then went to hilarys. we went on a 2mil run..boy it was hard/hot! agh. then i went to war veterans and started setting up for my pH vs plant experiment. hilary ended up getting fired from the bitch and she came (to do her project also). i felt bad for her, but happy because now she doesnt have to deal with that pathetic woman. so after we were done there, it was such a nice day we wanted to go to the beach to layout! so we did for abt an hour, then got a sub from publix (still owe her $5). i went home, and later she picked me up to spend the night. we had to make a stop at logan m's house first so she could drop "something" off lol. and she got $20! later we met up w/ courtney and grant at tijuana flatts and had to wait at a convience store before going to his friends house. after that we decided to chill at the park (water fuller) for awhile and then we went to dairy queen! i havent had ice cream from there in forever, but im always dissapointed when i finally decide what to get because i always think i should have picked sosmething different lol. anyways...then we went galatic bowling at semonile lanes!!! it was pretty fun, hilary was crazy good for being so spastic. i think abt the highest game i bowled lol was something like 97 lol. we got back to hilarys at about 1230 or so and ended up just going to bed. it was a fun night and i love having adventures!
sun-well there was day light savings, so instead of waking up at 9 it was actually 10 and i made the staple breakfast (pancakes/eggs) and watched tv. hil dropped me off at my house round 12? and i did some hw but also watched tv. later, i went to max's house to "work on group 4" except it was only him and i lol. he has a really nice house and a nice family lol. so we just talked abt what we were going to do among a few other things, but it was really awkward for the most part and he is the weirdest person lol. anyways, i was happy to leave and then i came home and did my bio lab write up for the rest of the night! lol

Today!
Was a half day of school! *woot* But what's better than a half day of school? NOT GOING AT ALL!!! yep, so i just skipped today and decided to get a few things that need to be done done. So my cousin and his girlfriend thing spent the night last night, so I got to say bye to them this morning after I had a health english muffin and egg for breakfast. Now i just got done with my english homework due tomorrow and I'm working on my music assignment due wed. Afterwards I plan on taking a bike ride...hopefully to Hilary's and then we can go to the beach! Sometime today though I need to go to companies to see if they're interested in supporting the 5k in anyway. Unfortunately, no one wants to help me...meaning the people who haven't done their job yet (Mijana, Shannon, and my partner Jon). So...we'll see how that goes. I also want to go to the library and get a few books to read because I miss reading for fun and just curling up with a good book.
Softball has gotten started. We had our first official game last thursday at Gathier (the school w/ the hugee girls) and we lost 10-0 in the 5th inning. lol. bad way to start off the season, eh? but tonight we have our 2nd game at Lakewood and I know we can beat them. I've been playing LF and batting 4th-I dont know how long i'll stay in those places though. At least the team is much better this year than it was last year! We have a game today, tomorrow, and thursday. and i have medical explorers on wed. so its going to be a busy week!!! friday i dont have practice...but thats the day hilary has to work. lol.
Well, everyone is just getting out of school...so i wonder if anyone is going to try and contact me about the "company rounds" or not. probablyyy not. ugh.

Get ready cause here I come.
Its New Years Day! And already 2009. Man, I feel like when i say "199..." that it was still yesterday. But I already wrote my "goodbye 2008" blog, so here's "Hello to 2009. "
My New Years was kicked off with Hilary and Iman at Iman's hotel last night and it was a lot of fun! A year ago I wouldnt have thought that thats how I would be spending New Years, but things change. Like that saying by the dinasour dude..."Change is the only thing thats constant." But I really enjoyed last night because it was fun and different. Much better than going to a lame party and I'm glad I was sober. =] lol thanks girls! <3
In 2009, I have a lot I want to accomplish. I named many in resolutions, but there's more than that. I'm going to make 2009 better than 2008 by caring about the things that really matter. Real things. 2009 is going to be all about real family, real friends, real choices and real outcomes. Don't get me wrong, this isn't called the serious year or anything, I'm just going to manage my time wisely. Still party and have fun! But also have serious moments. More change will be involved, I'm sure. But instead of like last year, this year will all change for the better. =]
So, here's to 2009!

End of 2008
WOW.
If I could use one word to sum this year up, it would be wow. Soooo much has happened, from new experiences to new friends, leaving old friends and fights with others. Volunteering. Partying. Crazy hookups. Crazier letdowns. Beaches and boys. Drinks and laughs. Music and more music! Groving and jaming and Rocky Horror. Late nights and early mornings. Pets. Family. Renovations. Compromises. Sacrifices. Friends. Lunches and movies. Biking and drivinggg. Sports. Tears. Smiles. Adventures. Moments I never want to remember and moments I wish I could relieve everyday. 2008, my junior year of highschool, has been so eventful and crazy. I have thousands of memories of friends, some good and some bad, but I will miss them. I wish I had spent more time with my family, getting to know them better. I wish I had kept more of my friends that I had last year. But all in all, this year was amazing and even though I do have regrets...I cant change them now lol.
My New Years Resolution from this year (written on the back of a orbitz gum wrapper in Kit's handwriting) :

-Learn Saxophone
-Have fun
-Maintain: running, grades, parental relationship, friends, no d (drugs) or lots of a (alcohol)

That was a year ago. I haven't gotten a boyfriend, haven't learned the saxophone, have had tonsss of fun, kept up running and grades, have sucked at all relationships! i wont mention the next 2...have been very spontaneous, and have had regrets. So basically this year has had its ups and downs, and heres to making 2009 also be amazing.
2009 Resolutions:
-keep active and eat healthy
-get back those friends/maintain current ones/make new ones
-meet a nice guy (cant control that) and make something happen
-be active in school/have good grades/have amazing SAT scores lol
-make and host a Harvest 5k Run to end poverty
-party less but liveee it up
-get to know my family and spend more time with them
-spend lotss of time outside and in the sun/water
-have tons of amazing adventures
-be true to myself and others

break half way through
so, its already the first friday of break! that means its already half way over =[ but its been a very busy week so far.
sunday night i went camping with hilary, courtney, and wannee. it was suppose to be a lot more ppl but they all had "family things" to do so whatever, the 4 of us had fun =] hil/court/I set up camp, tried to fish lol, made a fire (which kept dying bc we didnt have firewood and court and i eventually got it to where we could semi cook hamburgers), and chilled talking for awhile with some s'mores. then wannee came (with all the other food!!) and we chilled for awhile longer. we went into the tent around 11 and talked for awhile longer. it kinda rained off and on all night, but got colder as the night went on. i realized how much i missed camping and the outdoors in general. its been awhile, but i really want to go more often, whether its w/ my family or friends. =]
monday i went shopping, got some stuff we needed for the stuff we're doing for the house as "presents" for my parents. i went to hilarys and then we went to seminole for the "holiday bike ride" on monday night. we met up w/ shannon and papa G and all went on the bike ride (half on the pinellas trail and half not) and it was pretty cool. it was kinda cold but i had enough clothes on so it was fine, my butt hurt after awhile though! lol. we went around the neighborhood in largo or where ever that has a tonnn of christmas lights set up. followed by hot chocolate, cookies. what did i do this night? go home i think lol
UGG my computer just decided to quit on me and i could only recover this much lol. so ill make the next couple of days wayy shorter.
tuesday= chilling. night picnic. shannon steel, emily & max 1 year, hilary, courtney, sidney, lee, iman, josh, ammit, various others. saw brandon w/ new girlfriend lol. drummer man. hilarys house for the night.
wed= christmas eve. ran in morning w/ hilary. hott! =[ need to get back in shape. aunt and uncles. church on the hill. hot/amazing singer black man lol. shannon/justin. good service, miss church. dinner at aunts, stayed till 1130. texting lots. wrapped presents till 2 =/
thurs= christmas! woo. lol. some presents. aunts/uncles who got rid of the mustang! ug. my cousin has lymphoma =[. zeypherhills for rest of day. dinner/presents. love the new baby =]]]. home like 1030 rest of presents, bedd.
ok, today has been wii playing and shopping w/ hilary with the money i got for xmas. sorry these arent very entertaining, ill try to make them better! lol
